Hydronic floor heating without pouring a slab or screed. Hoya Ondol is a dry-panel system: the heating pipes sit in 26 mm panels laid straight onto the subfloor, and your floor finish goes on top.
Fits new builds and existing homes
Only 26 mm high and under 17 kg/m², against about 120 kg/m² for a wet screed.

Nothing to pour or cure: the floor finish can go down once the pressure test passes.

Panels laid to our plans under your hydronic installer’s guidance.
Panels can be laid by someone with practical building experience, following the supplied layout plans and guided by the hydronic heating installer. Manifold, heat pump or boiler connections must be made by a licensed plumber, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Warranty requires licensed connections.
